Are tikitags/touchtags MIFARE ultralight tags??
I was able to use the commands in the mifare ultralight functional spec to read from the eeprom. but i can't write to it.
Are the tikitags write-protected?
Thanks.

I figured out you have to send certain commands and parameters. I also used the append_iso14443a_crc function as in anticol.c
I found the commands with the MIFARE spec sheet. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en& =f&oq=
I'm trying to read from and write to tags using the nfc_reader_transceive_bytes function. It doesn't seem to be working.
The anticol.c example code can correctly identify one tag (but not more). Is it because the tags are write-locked? Or that they need some special protocol (certain commands like the anticollision protocol in anticol.c) to read from and write to?
I'm using a Tikitag reader and Tikitag tags. Are Tikitag tags ISO/IEC 14443A?
Thanks. The extra information is very helpful.
I was trying to get my Tikitag reader to work using the tools in RFIDIOt. But setting up the libraries and so forth was really difficult.
Found this site just yesterday. It looks great. Setup was relatively painless.
I'm trying to understand more about the options in the nfc_configure function. Could you provide a bit more detail (without having to go into the low low low level details) about the various configuration options in the API/SDK section?
For example, I looked at the function code and I assume DCO_ACTIVATE_FIELD activates/deactivates the RF antenna of the NFC device?
Thanks.
