Send UID tot database mysql

Hello,

I got the acr122 working on my Ubuntuserver. When i use the command ./nfc-list the results wille be good. But step 2.

How can I start-up the reader for the ubuntu server and everytime i use the card the UID will be send to my local database, or to a php script. How can i do this??
