Communication between SCM 3711 and Samsung Galaxy S II

Hello guys,
what I want to achieve is that I can hold the Galaxy against the USB token, it recognizes it as a smarttag and reads information in the format like "Apples, $31.00; Bananas, $12.15;...", because I want to simulate a payment system. As far as I understand it, I have to put the 3711 token into the 'card emulation mode' and state that the aforementioned information is presented. Then the Galaxy should recognize the token as a tag and read it. Am I correct so far?
If that procedure is correct, it would be really kind if someone can shortly describe (or link a description) how to set the usb stick into 'card emulation mode' and present this information.
