Topic: github instead of google code

Hi,

Have you guys thought of moving the code onto github instead of google code? That would make it much easier to fork and send you guys pull requests for patches/bugs/features.

Hi kevlar,

Using hosted git server have been asked once or twice by users.
We are opened to switch to git server if users ask for, BTW some questions:

Why don't use built-in SVN server instead ?
Or if you prefers Git, why don't use 

git svn clone

as suggested in googlecode wiki pages ?

As Git patches could be sent through googlecode issues system as text file, is it really needed feature ?
